I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was big and comfortable, though the bed was a bit hard for my liking. The pillows, however, were amazingly comfortable. The service was beyond my expectations, with a warm welcoming cup of coffee after a long train journey and very friendly staff. The location was perfect, being close to the subway station and within walking distance of many tourist sites. The breakfast was good, offering a delicious Japanese spread. The hotel facilities were great, making my stay even more enjoyable.
